Dark Chocolate & Strawberry Jam Cups

Dark Chocolate & Strawberry Jam Cups

This dark, decadent chocolate treat is a sweet indulgence created for sweet tooth lovers like me. Strawberries and dark chocolate - such a perfect match!

It doesn’t matter how much dark chocolate treats there are out there because there’s always room for more. Healthy dark chocolate sweets- even better!

I’m happy to have created this recipe just for the pleasure of enjoying it as a late afternoon snack. I’m not sure what you do with the strawberries that are maybe sitting in your fridge, but I know for sure what I did with mine. :) Look at the result!

Healthy plant-based, refined sugars free desserts are more comfortable to say ‘yes’ to.

Food can be enjoyed in it’s most beautiful form as long as we know how to prepare it to nourish our bodies.

Preparing clean food and using the best ingredients we have access to is like investing in our health.

We all have our food-escapades, sure we do! I find that the most crucial aspect of keeping a thriving, healthy eating pattern is planning. Planning to buy and cook healthy meals and treats. If you have them handy, that’s what you’ll reach for.

So, this recipe right here is a dessert you can quickly prepare and have handy when you’re in a mood for a sweet treat.

All you need is some quality silicone moulds (as I have displayed in my photo just on top), dark 85% vegan, gluten and nut free chocolate, fresh organic strawberries and few other ingredients. You can get by with frozen organic strawberries as well since they’ll turn into a jam consistency.

When it comes to the sugars, I always resort to unrefined sugars or healthy sugar replacements as stevia or swerve sweetener. It’s just a matter of habit, my friends. I hope that you have access to some unrefined sugar, and have the chance to give this recipe a try.
